2. Consent Principles under the DPDPA, 2023

In alignment with Section 6 of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA):

Affirmative Action Required: Mere browsing, navigation, or silence on our website is never treated as implied consent for optional tracking or non-essential cookies.
